After searing the beef and stir-frying all the ingredients separately you can add in a big wok or sautee pan with canola oil in smoking point all the ingredients together and add the soy reduction strained cook it for some secs until all the flavours comes together and then serve immediately.

Serve with deep-fried potatoes, steamed rice and decorated with green onion, cilantro leaves.
