So I get a nice guy that tells me he is going to start a xbox live unauthorized access report with the Microsoft investigation team and gives me a reference number….. The guy on the phone also asks me some basic info and says my windows live ID associated with Beta is xxxx live. He takes an alternate email address of mine so they can send me the information the investigation team comes up with. So know I have this Window Live user name associated with my gamertag Beta but my password does not work.
